4. Description Abstract

The aim of this article is to investigate influence of 3 printing parameters on linear strain during tensile creep at a constant temperature of 40° on Nylon Carbon samples. To refine the experimental results, a planned experiment was carried out with variables - printing temperature, filament thickness and printing speed. 20 standardized samples were produced with different printing parameters. The experimental results were processed using statistical processing software in order to obtain a regression mathematical model describing relationship between 3d printing parameters and tensile creep. The tests were performed using a dead load of 50 kg for a period of 2 hours. The equipment used for the purposes of the article is calibrated with a high accuracy. The test conditions defined in the ASTM D6992 standard in terms of atmospheric conditions and humidity were met.
