Rezekne Academy of Technologies, Latvia, in collaboration with Vilniaus University of Applied Sciences (Lithuania), Vitebsk State University (Belarus) and Pskov State University (Russia) calls for the participation in

Participation fee:
- Presentation of a paper without publishing – 30.00 EUR;
- Presentation of a paper and publishing it in the Conference Journal – 60.00 EUR
Information for art works` authors:
By September 15, 2017 the participants should send their art works for publication at the conference artwork catalogue. (e-mail: Diana.Apele@rta.lv).
By September 20, 2017 the art works` authors will electronically receive the answer about the work inclusion / exclusion to/from conference artwork catalogue.
By September 30, 2017 an art work`s author should pay the participation fee - 30.00 EUR.
Information for workshop leaders and participants:
By November 1st, 2017 it is necessary for conference non-participants to pay participation fee for a workshop, (7 EUR for participation in one workshop).
Workshop leaders provide working materials and equipment by contacting the conference organizers individually.

Author Guidelines
The suggested length of the paper is 8 pages.
The preprint has to be in Microsoft Word format, the page format has to be A4, the text must be single column, line spacing – Single, alignment - Justified, left margin – 25mm, right margin – 25 mm, top margin – 25 mm, bottom margin – 25 mm.
All authors are kindly requested to download the format sample and prepare their contributions accordingly. It should be noted that papers must be written in exact AMCD format before they are uploaded to a conference, as this contributes to the best appeareance of the proceedings. If the final version of a paper is considerably different to the desired format, it will not be published even if it is accepted and registered.

JOHN J. BERZINSH was born in Riga, Latvia and went to the Free University of Malnava, where he studied information technology and obtained his degree in 1980. He worked for a couple of years for the Rezekne Software Company EDUSOFT before moving in 1986 to the University of Anytown where he is now leading a large research group in the field of development of Worldwide e-Learning systems.
