Conference “Environment. Technology. Resources.” is held every other year since 1997.
The Conference attracts scientists and doctoral students, staff of scientific research institutions – the leading researchers and the researchers from universities, as well as other interested parties from Latvia and abroad. During the Conference the latest achievements in science are presented, as well as a variety of technologies and equipment for environmental problem solving are demonstrated, and a literature presented.

- Registration and abstract submission (up to 300 words) until 10.02.2019.
- Notice of acceptance of abstracts and the request to prepare a scientific article to 17.02.2019.
- Submission of scientific papers in English till 1.04.2019.
- Notice of review results and final approval until 04.04.2019.
- The conference fee transfer to Rezekne Technology Academy of account must be made by 01.05.2019.
- Published will be only those articles for which payment has been made.
Registration fees.
1. | Standard participation fee, which includes the proceedings of conference, coffee breaks and two evening parties. | 250 EUR |
2. | Participation fee excluding two evening parties for standard participants | 190 EUR |
and for PhD students (must prove their status by submitting). | 95 EUR | |
3. | Participation fee for co-authors, which includes the proceedings, coffee breaks and two evening parties. | 160 EUR |
4. | Participation fee for accompanying person or visitor, which includes the coffee breaks and two evening parties. | 85 EUR |
5. | Submission of second paper. | 95 EUR |
6. | Submission of an article for the proceedings without presentation and without attending the conference. | 125 EUR |
7. | Additional printed copy of proceedings. | 30 EUR |
Please be aware, that the conference fee does not include accommodation and travel costs.

Publications
Participants are invited to give a presentation (20 min.) or a poster presentation as well as the opportunity to participate in exhibitions and present products.
All scientific articles are reviewed by independently reviewers.
Conference proceedings, starting from 2005 conference are indexed by SCOPUS database http://ejuz.lv/6nu
Author Guidelines
All authors are kindly requested to download the format sample and prepare their contributions accordingly. It should be noted that papers must be written in exact ETR format before they are uploaded to a conference, as this contributes to the best appeareance of the proceedings. If the final version of a paper is considerably different to the desired format, it will not be published even if it is accepted and registered.

JOHN J. BERZINSH was born in Riga, Latvia and went to the Free University of Malnava, where he studied information technology and obtained his degree in 1980. He worked for a couple of years for the Rezekne Software Company EDUSOFT before moving in 1986 to the University of Anytown where he is now leading a large research group in the field of development of Worldwide e-Learning systems.
